Gorodetsky Tabbed as CCC Player of the Week

BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Georgy Gorodetsky (Yekaterinburg, Russia) had a five-point week and, in the process, earned Commonwealth Coast conference Player of the Week honors. Gorodetsky picks up the honor for games played from November 4-10.

In a 1-0-1 week, he scored a goal and assisted on four others for a five-point week. In a 2-2 tie at Western New England, he had a goal and an assist and followed that up the next day with three assists in the Leopards' 7-4 triumph over the Golden Bears.

In four games this season, Gorodetsky leads the team with eight points, which includes a team-high six assists. He has recorded a point in three of Wentworth's four games this year.

Sitting at 2-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in CCC play, Wentworth has a weekend set against 11th-ranked University of New England beginning Friday in Biddeford, Maine.
