SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Freshman Jonah Eisman (New York, N.Y.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's cross country team has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week for races run through September 6.

Eisman helped the Leopards to a third-place finish at the Roger Williams Invitational by finishing the five-kilometer race with a time of 17:26.2, which was good for 21st overall. Eisman was the top CCC freshman to finish at the event.

Wentworth is back in action on Saturday at the University of New England Invitational.
