Mini Named to All-Conference Third Team

Boston, Mass. – Sophomore Stephanie Mini (Topsfield, Mass) has been named to the Commonwealth Coast All-Conference Third Team, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Mini is the first player from the Wentworth women's basketball program to earn an All-Conference accolade since the 2015-16 season and led the Leopards with 12.2 points per game alongside 5.3 rebounds per game this season. Mini ranks ninth among conference stat leaders in points per game, and ranks seventh in total blocks with 23.

Mini started in all 25 games played for the Leopards this season and booked 10 or more points in 14 of those contests. She highlighted her sophomore season on November 28th when she set a new career-high with 25 points in a league contest against Gordon, where she shot 44.4% from long range, and 83.3% from the line. Mini also grabbed a team-high 13 rebounds against the Fighting Scots.

Behind Mini's offensive lead, the Leopards posted their highest win total since the 2016-17 season, and ended on a high note with a 71-63 victory over Nichols, a game-high total for the Black & Gold. Mini scored 15 points in the finale with six boards and four assists.
