Rogoz, Cambray Take Home Final Weekly Awards of the Regular Season

BOSTON, Mass. –  In the final Commonwealth Coast Conference weekly awards of the regular season, the Wentworth women's volleyball team took home two honors for seniors Leah Rogoz (Woodridge, Ill.) and Lexie Cambray (Bedford, N.H.) as announced on Monday by the league office.

Rogoz was named as the league's player of the week for the third time this season, while Cambray earns her second libero of the week nod.

The Leopards went 2-0 in conference play to close the doors on the regular season, finishing as the No. 3 seed for the postseason tournament. Wentworth defeated WNE 3-1 and Gordon 3-2, led by Rogoz on the attack with 3.33 kills per set. She had back-to-back double-double performances, starting with 13 kills and 21 digs at WNE, and polished off an impressive week with 17 kills and 22 digs against Gordon on her Senior Day.

Cambray averaged 4.89 digs per set at the forefront of strong Leopard defense. She started the week with 15 digs against the Golden Bears before adding 29 pickups against Gordon in a five-setter. The senior libero also pitched in nine assists during the week.
