Tracey Earns CCC Player of the Week Honors

BOSTON, Mass. – After recording five points in a semester-ending, 6-3 win over Saint Anselm, junior Adam Tracey (Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Player of the Week. Tracey earns the honor for games played from December 3-9.

Tracey helped the Leopards snap a two-game losing and four-game (0-3-1) winless streak by finding the back of the net three times and assisting on two other goals. His five-point effort was part of an impressive, 11-point output by his line. His second period goal snapped a 2-all tie and gave Wentworth the lead for good while his second assist of the night came on what held up as the game-winning tally. He also recorded a pair of power-play goals in the third period.

Playing in all 14 of Wentworth's games, Tracey has scored six goals and added five assists for 14 points. He ranks third on the team in goals, assists, and points while his two power-play markers are second on the team.

At 4-6-4, Wentworth is idle for semester break. The Leopards are at Salem State on Thursday, January 3.
