CCC RELEASE

BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Tom Caruso (Mahopac, N.Y.) has been named as the first Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Runner of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon. 

Caruso had a breakout start for the Leopards, steering them to a first-place finish at the Wellesley College Invitation. As Wentworth's top runner, Caruso placed third overall and posted a final time of 16:36.8 in the 5K, which is also a career-high for the junior.  

The Leopards return to action on Saturday, September 8 at the UNE Invitational in Biddeford, Maine.
