BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth men's cross country team fared well at the Suffolk Invitational held across town at Franklin Park on Saturday afternoon. Wentworth placed 7th out of 24 teams and garnered 219 points.

NOTEWORTHY

• Wentworth outperformed its Commonwealth Coast Conference competition which included Endicott and Gordon.
• Heavey was the top CCC finisher in the 8K.
• The meet was the Leopards' final race prep before the CCC Championship.

• The Conference championships will be held on Saturday, November 2^nd on the campus of Roger Williams University. Wentworth has won three of five CCC Championships since its induction as a varsity program in 2014.
