BEVERLY, Mass. – The Conference of New England (CNE) is thrilled to announce its next All-40th Anniversary Team, releasing the All-40th Men’s Cross Country team on Thursday afternoon. The list features 57 prominent names in the league’s history of men’s cross country.
The minimum criteria for the list began with at least two First Team All-Conference selections or at least one Player of the Year honor. Both current and former league members can earn recognition on the teams.

The 40th Anniversary campaign runs parallel to the league’s new naming and branding initiative that was launched in August. This celebration also serves as a platform to highlight the conference's achievements, honor its history, and generate enthusiasm for future endeavors.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE OF NEW ENGLAND
Originally founded in 1984 as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), and reconstituted as the Conference of New England (CNE) in 2024, the CNE is an NCAA Division III athletic conference composed of 10 full member and five associate member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition and a meaningful student life. The Conference administers championships in 20 intercollegiate sports.
