CCC Honors Chapman for Fifth Straight Week

BOSTON, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference announced its Week 5 awards on Monday afternoon, and to no surprise named Wentworth's Jordan Chapman (Clearwater, Fla.) as Rookie of the Week for the fifth straight time.

Chapman averaged 8.38 assists per set and 2.63 digs per set in a victorious 3-0 week for the Leopards, highlighted by a school record (in three sets) of 31 assists against Framingham State. She had double-digit assists in all three matches played, and also recorded four aces.

Chapman currently ranks in the top-10 among conference stat leaders in total assists (360), assists per set (6.92), and service aces (24), and has been the league's only honored rookie through five weeks of play.

Wentworth resumes conference action on Wednesday night with a 7:00 p.m. match at Salve Regina
