Student-Athletes Honored by the CCC and GNAC with Academic All-Conference Honors

BOSTON, Mass. – Seventy-five academic all-conference accolades were bestowed on Leopard student-athletes as both the Commonwealth Coast Conference and Great Northeast Athletic Conference recently released their Academic All-Conference Teams. In the CCC, the sports of baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, golf, ice hockey, men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, softball, men's tennis, men's outdoor track, and women's outdoor track were represented, while the men's volleyball team was represented on the GNAC team.

Within the CCC, a conference-record 943 student-athletes were honored this spring, while the GNAC recognized a conference-record 1,274 student-athletes during the 2021-2022 academic year.

In order to be recognized as a member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.3 (on a 4.0 scale) and must also have attained sophomore academic status. In order to be recognized as a member of the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.25 cumulative grade point average and have reached second year academic status.

With 34 CCC Academic All-Conference honorees during the fall season, a total of 109 student-athletes have been recognized this academic year.
