BOSTON, Mass. – Senior forward Trey Carrier (Wilton, N.H.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's basketball team has been named to the 2022 Commonwealth Coast Conference All-Conference Team as a second team selection.

Carrier has had the best season of his career as he has started all 22 games in which he has played and is averaging 20.3 points and 10.0 rebounds per game while shooting .467 from the floor. In the Leopards' 93-73 win at the University of New England in the opening round of the CCC Tournament, he set program single-game records for points (45) and field goals made (15) and presently leads the CCC in rebounding average while he is fourth in scoring average. His scoring average is the fourth-highest in a single season in program history, while his rebounding average checks in at sixth. He also has 11 double-doubles this season, which includes a career-high 18 rebounds in a win over Curry on January 27.

For his career he is averaging 12.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game over a span of 69 games (49 starts) and is shooting .468 from the floor. In Wentworth program history he ranks eighth all-time in both scoring and rebounding average.
