HINGHAM, Mass. – Junior Albert Duart (Lleida, Spain) fired a three-over 75 to earn medalist honors as the Wentworth institute of Technology golf team downed Eastern Nazarene, 326-370, in a dual match played at the South Shore Country Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Duart's first career first-place finish paved the way for three Leopards to finish in the top three spots. Junior Ben Wright (Boxborough, Mass.) was second with an 81, while senior Jared Turgeon (Dover, N.H.) finished one shot behind him with an 82.
• Freshman Ryan Dandrea (Lakeville, Mass.) rounded out Wentworth's scoring golfers, as he carded an 88 to finish fifth.
• Freshman Nico Alonzo (Madrid, Spain) also competed for the Black & Gold, finishing sixth with a 91.

• Wentworth is back in action on Tuesday, October 5, at the Emmanuel Invitational at George Wright Golf Club.
