BROOKLINE, Mass. – Playing in its final event of the 2022-23 campaign, the Wentworth golf team was edged by Suffolk, 325-327, in a match played at the Robert T. Lynch Golf Course.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Ben Wright (Boxborough, Mass.) went out on top, firing a 77 to earn medalist honors Wright had 10 pars and a birdie on the day.
• Classmate Albert Duart (Lleida, Spain) finished a stroke behind Wright, tying for second with a 78. Duart also had 10 pars and a birdie in his round.
• Sophomore Nico Alonso (Madrid, Spain) shot an 85, which included eight pars.
• Senior Guillaume Bose (San Jose, Calif.) finished with an 87 to round out Wentworth's scoring rounds.
• Junior Dan Clapp (Rehoboth, Mass.) shot an 88, while sophomore Luke Boccelli (Pepperell, Mass.) finished with an 89.
