Oliver Named CCC Goaltender and Rookie of the Week

BOSTON, Mass. – Sophomore netminder Will Oliver (Chesterfield, Mo.) had a collegiate debut to remember and for his efforts he was named both the Commonwealth Coast Conference Goaltender and Rookie of the Week. Oliver earns these honors for games played the weekend of October 29-30.

Oliver stopped all 33 shots he faced in the Leopards' 2-0 win at Skidmore on Saturday. Twenty-five of those shots came over the final 40 minutes, including nine spanning a pair of power plays.

Sitting at 1-1 on the season, Wentworth opens Commonwealth Coast Conference play at Suffolk Friday night.
