BIDDEFORD, Maine – The Wentworth Institute of Technology track and field team was awarded once again, as junior Kyle Moser (Southbury, Conn.) was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Field Athlete of the Week for the week of March 28-April 3, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon.

Moser competed in four events for the Leopards Saturday, April 2. He picked up a first-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 15.08 meters. In the discus, the junior had a throw of 37.13 meters, finishing eighth. He finished sixth in the javelin at 41.41 meters, then in the hammer throw event, set a new program record with a throw of 39.08 meters, placing eighth overall.

Wentworth's next meet is Saturday, April 9, when they compete at the Gordon Invitation at 10:00 a.m.
