Sleasman Takes Home CCC Field Athlete of the Week Honors

BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Eli Sleasman (Albany, N.Y.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology outdoor track & field team has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference Outdoor Track Field Athlete of the Week. Sleasman earns the honor for meets held between March 27 and April 2.

Sleasman had a record-setting day in the pole vault at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on Saturday, as he vaulted a program-record 4.60M. This mark comes on the heels of a first-place performance the weekend before where he broke the program's record.

With his 4.60M vault, Sleasman presently sits 13th on the NCAA performance list.
