WINTHROP, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team earned two Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) awards this week. Senior Connor Adams (Budd Lake, N.J.) was named GNAC Offensive Player of the Week, while junior Colin Stockton (Hummelstown, Pa.) took the Defensive Player of the Week award.
Adams competed in all four matches for the Leopards this week, as the team went 4-0. The senior finished the week with 113 assists, five kills, and five service aces, while adding 23 digs and nine blocks on the defensive side.
Stockton played in three matches, picking up 16 blocks and three digs, while also putting down 11 kill and six service aces.
The Leopards are back in action Tuesday, March 29, when they are on the road for a 7:00 p.m. matchup with Dean College.
