BOSTON, Mass. - The Wentworth Institute of Technology women's cross country team was in action Saturday, competing at the Codfish Bowl Invitational in Boston.
Five members of the women's team competed in the 5k.
Junior Colleen Sullivan (East Bridgewater, Mass.) came in 10th place, finishing with 10 points and finishing with a time of 23:59. Junior Annabel Chu (Raynham, Mass.) came in 11th place, with a time of 24:01 and 11 points. Finishing in 19th place with 13 points was junior Jordanna Belle-Isle (Center Conway, N.H.), who crossed the finish line in 26:15. Just behind her with a time of 26:29 was freshman Erin MacLean, (Newton, Mass.) who came in 20th place with 14 points. Freshman Megan Leger (Westminster, Mass.) finished things out for the Leopards, crossing the finish line in 29:30 in 29th place while picking up 19 points.
Next up for the Leopards is the James Earley Invitation Saturday, Oct. 9 in Westfield, Mass.
