In honor of Women's History Month, Wentworth is celebrating some of our notable female student-athletes who have made an impact in their respective sports and in the Wentworth community. Today we highlight junior Brianna Torres of the women's lacrosse team and the department's diversity, inclusion, and equity committee.
Why Wentworth?
- It is well known for its Architecture program, and I love the rush of the city life

- Slim Jims or Pickles
Your hype song?
- Lip Gloss by Lil Mama
Do you sing in the shower or in the car? Or both?
- Both, although, I've noticed my vocals do sound much better in the shower
What is your favorite spot in Boston or on campus?
- Fenway Pahk but Amelia's Taqueria is a close second!
Any game day superstitions?
- I rap all the lyrics to "Lip Gloss" with my teammates in the locker room before every home game

- I can proudly say I'm a first-generation college student in my family
