Her sophomore season saw her record 220 kills, 48 aces, and 175 digs as she appeared in 25 of Wentworth’s 26 matches. After an 0-10 start, the Leopards would go 9-7 over their final 16 matches and earn the program’s second consecutive berth in the CCC Tournament.

After a junior campaign that saw her post 189 digs to go along with 210 kills, 56 aces, and 31 blocks, during her final campaign, she had perhaps the finest season in the program’s history as she set program records for kills (452) and points (556.5) while also recording a hitting percentage of .247, and career highs of 82 service aces, 275 digs, and 41 blocks. MATT MOYEN ’06 (Baseball)
A versatile player throughout his career and an invaluable member of the Wentworth baseball program since his arrival on campus in 2002, Moyen becomes the seventh baseball player and eighth member of the Leopard baseball program to be inducted into the hall of fame.

During his freshman season, Moyen appeared in 22 of the team’s 29 contests, where he played all three middle infield positions – second base, shortstop, and third base. Despite batting .233 on the season, he was a combined 3-for-6 from the number nine hole in the Leopards’ two Commonwealth Coast Conference playoff games that season.
Moyen’s sophomore season saw him start all 26 of the games in which he played at shortstop. His 10 walks that season led the team, while his seven stolen bases were second among his teammates. The Leopards narrowly missed qualifying for the CCC Tournament that season.

As a junior, Moyen had a breakout season for the Black & Gold.  Under the direction of a new coaching staff, he started all 32 of the Leopards’ games at shortstop and led the team in batting average (.395), runs scored (32), hits (45), doubles (13), total bases (69), slugging percentage (.605), on-base percentage (.465), and stolen bases in which he was a perfect 27-for-27; a program record that still stands. During that season, he also had a career-long 18-game hitting streak and Wentworth earned a berth in the CCC Tournament. His efforts did not go unnoticed as he was named Second Team All-CCC and was voted the team’s most valuable player by his teammates.

His senior season saw him start 31 of the team’s 32 games, where he moved between shortstop and the outfield.  As the team’s captain, he once again led the squad in numerous offensive categories, including batting average (.360), hits (40), doubles (five), triples (four), home runs (two), walks (14), stolen bases (12), total bases (59), slugging percentage (.532) and on-base percentage (.433). He was named both Second Team All-CCC and the CCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year and was voted the recipient of the team’s Leopard Award.

Moyen finished his career among the career leaders in program history. His nine triples rank him first, while his 50 stolen bases rank second, .322 career batting average ranks sixth, and his 109 career hits rank 14th.

A native and current resident of Leominster, Mass., Moyen has served as an assistant baseball coach at Wentworth since he graduated in 2006 with his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology. In addition to his on and off the field coaching responsibilities, he assists in the organization of the program’s annual fundraising golf tournament and is the creator of a regular alumni baseball newsletter. CAILLIN WALL ’07 (Soccer)
The all-time scoring leader for the Wentworth women’s soccer program, Wall becomes the sixth Leopard women’s soccer player to be inducted into the hall of fame.

A year removed from the program’s first-ever appearance in the ECAC Division III Women’s Soccer Tournament, as a rookie, Wall made an immediate impact for the Leopards by scoring 11 goals and assisting on nine others for 31 points to help the Black & Gold make its first appearance in the Commonwealth Coast Conference championship game. Wall started 20 of the 21 games in which she played that season and recorded six game-winning goals, which, at the time, established a new program record. Wentworth finished the 2003 season with a 14-7 record, which included its second consecutive trip to the ECAC Tournament.

During her sophomore season Wall started all 20 of the team’s games, scoring nine times and assisting on three others for 21 points.
