Wentworth Opens Fall Season at Nichols Quad Match

DUDLEY, Mass. – The Wentworth golf team opened the fall portion of the 2009-10 season by competing in a quad match at Nichols College.  The Leopards competed against the host Bison, Rhode Island College, and Becker and shot a 328, which was fourth among the teams.

Senior Brian Knipp (Fryeburg, Maine) and freshman John Romanelli (Acushnet, Mass.) each shot 79, seven over par, which tied them for fifth.  Junior Tom Carolan (Melrose, Mass.) carded a 13-over 85, which tied sophomore Daniel Parisi (Wakefield, Mass.).  Senior John Kilduff (Rockland, Mass.) also competed for the Leopards, shooting a 91.
