BOSTON, Mass. – Vinny Dentrone's goal in the 73rd minute of play snapped a scoreless tie and lifted the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's soccer team (2-2-2) to a 1-0 win over Fisher College (2-2-1) Thursday night on Sweeney Field.

- The teams traded shot attempts early in the second half before the Falcons had a stretch of four straight attempts, with three of them getting blocked by Leopard defenders. In the 67th minute, Kyle Hallahan put a shot on net that was saved by Navarro.
- After Fisher had a pair of attempts, including one in the 71st minute that was blocked, Wentworth cleared the ball out. A service went off two defenders where Dentrone collected the ball and put a shot inside the left post to give the hosts a 1-0 lead.
- Sanchez made a save on a potential game-tying bid in the 74th minute, while Navarro made a save on a Hallahan bid in the 81st minute that nearly put the game on ice.
