Zachary Redondo named to the conference's Community Service Team, repping the Leopards on and off the pitch
BEVERLY, Mass. – Repping the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's soccer team in the Conference of New England's postseason awards announcement Friday afternoon, back Zachary Redondo was named to the conference's Community Service Team.
The postseason awards were voted on by the league's ten head coaches at the conclusion of the regular season.
Redondo, who was named one of the team's captains as a sophomore prior to the season, serves as a lead representative of the Leopards and Wentworth Athletics as a whole. A leader-by-example, Redondo is often the first one to volunteer for initiatives across campus and serves as a role model for his teammates.
The Black & Gold capped the 2024 season with a 6-11-2 record, featuring four wins at home, to double their win count from the 2023 campaign.
