BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Daniel Gallegos (Monterrey, Mexico) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's tennis team has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference Player of the Week honors. Gallegos picks up the accolades for matches played from March 27-April 2.

In a 3-0 week for the Leopards (1-0 CCC), Gallegos was a perfect 3-0 at No. 1 singles and a perfect 2-0 playing at No. 1 doubles. In his three singles matches he did not drop a set.

Gallegos has won his last three – and six of his last seven – singles matches to stand at 8-6 on the season, all at No. 1.

Wentworth is at Roger Williams on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
