ORLANDO, Fla. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's tennis team wrapped up its spring break trip with a 6-3 loss to Adrian on Thursday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Wentworth was swept in doubles play, with the closest match coming at No. 3 as sophomores Thomas Kot (Farmington, Conn.) and James Weete (Dover, N.H.) were defeated, 8-3.
- The Leopards picked up their first point of the match when sophomore Eric Doraci (Natick, Mass.) won, 6-1, 0-6, 10-3 at No. 5.
- Freshman Manas Arya (Hessen, Germany) was a 7-5, 6-2 winner at No. 4, while Weete picked up a 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (7-3) win at No. 6.
