Men's Tennis Notches Shutout Victory over Suffolk
Leopards run their win streak to five, with a 7-0 win over the Rams; two of Wentworth' last three wins have come by way of a shutout

BELMONT, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's tennis team continued its winning ways as the Leopards ran their win streak to five with a 7-0 win over Suffolk in Conference of New England play Saturday evening.
The Leopards improve to 5-7 overall on the season and remain undefeated (3-0) in CNE play. Wentworth has won two its last three matches by 7-0 scores.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Manas Ayra and Eric Doraci gave Wentworth an early edge in the doubles flight as they picked up a 6-1 win at No. 1. Niko Rosich and Pranav Marwaha clinched doubles for the Leopards with a 6-3 win at No. 2, while Liam Aguirre and Thomas Kot won at No. 3, 6-4.
- Aryan gave Wentworth a 2-0 lead with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 3, while Rosich put the Black & Gold on the verge of clinching the match with a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 4.
- Marwaha put the finishing touches on the clinch, as he won at No. 2, 6-2, 6-1, while James Weete won at No. 6 (6-0, 6-0).
- Andre Juscamaita dropped the first set at No. 1, 4-6, before forcing a tie-breaking set with a 6-2 win in the second set. This momentum carried into the third set where he was victorious, 10-4.
- Doraci made it a clean sweep for Wentworth, winning 6-0, 6-0, at No. 6.
