Bishop, Muller Earn All-New England for Men's Indoor Track & Field
Oliver Bishop (eighth place in the pentathlon) and Nate Muller (sixth place in the pole vault) earn regional honors for the Leopards

BOSTON, Mass. – Wentworth Institute of Technology indoor track & field student-athletes Oliver Bishop and Nate Muller each earned All-New England honors at the 2025 Division III Championships, held this weekend at the TRACK at New Balance.
Bishop and Muller earned the Leopards four points at the meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bishop earned All-New England honors by finishing eighth (4,174 points), fueled by a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 60M hurdles (8.79; 793 points) and the 1000M (2:52.14; 743 points). He placed fifth in the high jump (1.72M; 560 points), eighth in the 60M (7.46; 726 points), eighth in the long jump (5.91M; 567 points), 10th in the shot put (9.44M; 452 points), and 11th in the pole vault (2.90M; 333 points).
- Muller cleared a top height of 4.59M to pick up sixth place in the pole vault, earning him All-New England honors.
- Julian Sacca placed 33rd in the shot put, with a top throw of 12.70M).
- Owen Moriarty placed 12th (4.44M) in the pole vault.
- The 4X800M relay team of Joey Cotta, Mark Murphy, Dylan Brilliant, and Jack Newton set a program record time of 8:14.84. This placed the Black & Gold 18th.
- The 4X400M relay squad of Scott Stehlik, Matt Murphy, Gabe Silva, and Ryan Abbotoni finished 27th with a time of 3:37.25.

- Selected student-athletes will compete at the NECIAAA Championships on Saturday, March 8.
