Leopard Win Streak Snapped at Six

BOSTON, Mass. – The Leopard men's volleyball team saw its six-match win streak come to an end as 11^th-ranked Emmanuel defeated Wentworth, 3-0, in a non-league match at Tansey Gym.

The Saints, who improved to 23-5, held the Leopards to a negative hitting percentage in the opening game and would take a 1-0 lead on a 30-14 win.  Emmanuel took the second game, 30-13, and would end the match in the third game with a 30-20 win.

Junior Lowell Jesmer (Rochester, N.Y.) hit .500 for the match, as he had eight kills and also had a pair of solo blocks.  Senior Tom Ceurvels (Weymouth, Mass.) had five kills and a team-high seven digs for the 12-7 Leopards.
