McCann Claims CSC Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team Honors

BOSTON, Mass. – Sophomore Maggie McCann (North Grafton, Mass.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's lacrosse team has been recognized by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) as a member of the 2024 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team.
The 2024 Academic All-District® teams, selected by CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
In order to be eligible for consideration, student-athletes must meet the following criteria:
- Student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, eligibility wise.
- Student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
- Student-athletes must have played in at least 90 percent of their team's games or have started in at least 66 percent of their team's games.
McCann represents the Leopards after starting in all twelve of their contests, scoring a team-high 11 goals along the way.
