BOSTON, Mass. – Lily Carlson led the efforts with a goal and an assist as the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's soccer team (2-2-1) pounced the NAIA's Fisher Falcons (0-4) by a 5-0 score on Sweeney Field Wednesday night.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

- At the 36:51 mark, Wentworth extended the lead to 3-0 as Carlson grounded one into the net on an assist from Bryce Bateman. Just over eight minutes later, one minute removed from the half, Emily Hagen cashed in on a shot inside the box to mark a 4-0 lead for the Black & Gold.
- The Leopards scored once more in the second half, just 52 seconds in, as Olivia Gass nicked a far shot past De Leo. The two teams juked it out for the rest of the contest, with the Leopards outshooting the Falcons 29-3.
