Women's Tennis Wins Second in a Row
Leopards post 8-1 win over Eastern Nazarene to even record at 3-3
QUINCY, Mass – The Wentworth women's tennis team won its second consecutive match, and in the process evened its record at 3-3 as the Leopards defeated Eastern Nazarene, 8-1.
Wentworth swept the three doubles flights, with Meredith Graton (West Chazy, N.Y.) and Joanna Gustafson (Ashburnham, Mass.) teaming to win at number one, Angela Brandt (Northport, Maine) and Jeannine Stover (Calais, Maine) teaming to win at number two, and Lydia Caserta (Hudson, Mass.) and Sophie Boyce (South Portland, Maine) winning at number three.
In singles play, the Leopards took flights two through six, with Brandt, Gratton, Caserta, Natalya Cappellini (Falmouth, Mass.), and Lana Ho (Vineyard Haven, Mass.) winning their Respective matches.
