4X200 Relay Sets Record for Women's Indoor Track & Field
Sydney Mercadante, Rachel Hagerty, Selma Moutaouakkil, and Olivia Holley ran a time of 1:57.12 to etch their names in the program record book

BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology women's indoor track & field team wrapped up its season at the New England Division III Championships on Friday at the TRACK at New Balance.
The 4X200M relay squad was the top performer of the meet, setting a program record.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Sydney Mercadante, Rachel Hagerty, Selma Moutaouakkil, and Olivia Holley etched their names in the record book in the 4X200M relay, running a time of 1:57.12, besting the previous mark by 1.85 seconds. The Leopards placed 31st in the event.
- In the 60M hurdles, Laci Santos posted a time of 10.45 second to finish 27th.
- Wentworth had an entry in the distance medley relay, where Summer Daniels, Lily Carlson, Annabelle Mendez, and Emma Schaumloffel were 23rd with a time of 14:15.95.
