BOSTON, Mass. – After opening the season with a thrilling, 108-107, double overtime win over Wheaton, the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's basketball team swept the first Commonwealth Coast Conference weekly awards. Junior Gavin Keough (Dunstable, Mass.) was named the league's player of the week, while freshman Tommy Dooling (Mansfield, Mass.) picked up CCC Rookie of the Week honors. The awards encompass games played from November 8-10.

Keough tallied a game-high 23 points, coming on 8-of-10 shooting from the floor. He was just as impressive from behind the arc, connecting on 7-of-8 shots and also grabbed five rebounds and dished out a pair of assists.

Dooling had a collegiate debut to remember as his buzzer beater at the end of the second overtime gave the Black & Gold the win. He finished the game with 21 points and had a game-high eight assists.

Wentworth is at Framingham State tonight at 8:00 p.m.
