NCAA DIVISION III WEEK WEBSITE

BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology Athletic Department, in conjunction with NCAA Division III members across the country, will take part in Division III Week from April 13-19.

WHAT IS DIVISION III WEEK?

Division III Week is a positive opportunity for all individuals associated with Division III to observe and celebrate the impact of athletics and of student-athletes on the campus and surrounding community. During the week, every Division III school and conference office is encouraged to conduct a type of outreach activity that falls into one of three categories: academic accomplishment; athletic experience; or leadership/community service/campus involvement.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Monday, April 13:  Student-athlete Instagram takeover (Briana Beverly, softball)
Tuesday, April 14:  Facts and figures about the Leopards
Wednesday, April 15:  Tag a Teammate
Thursday, April 16:  Student-athlete Instagram takeover (Harrison Maki, men's tennis)
Friday, April 17:  Student-athlete experiences, day one (Colleen Sullivan, track & field)
Saturday, April 18:  Student-athlete experiences, day two (Sean L'Italien, golf)
Sunday, April 19:  Team and individual accomplishments through the years
