BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth men's basketball team heads to the Rio Grande Valley to wrap up first semester play with a game at the University of Texas-Pan American. The game marks the first time the program has squared off against a Division I opponent.

Wentworth sits at 4-2 after winning its first four games of the season and has been idle since dropping a 53-43 decision to Connecticut College on December 6. The Broncs sit at 3-8 and are fresh off a 77-61 win over Texas A&M International on December 10.

The team is scheduled to leave Boston on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 14, and will arrive later that evening. Game day will see the Leopards go through a morning walkthrough and a pre-game meal before taking on UTPA at 7:00 p.m., CST. The Black & Gold will depart the Greater Edinburg area on Friday morning to spend a day on South Padre Island before heading back to Boston to begin their semester break late on Saturday, December 17.
