BOSTON, Mass. – For the second straight season Wentworth Institute of Technology golfer Paul Arsenault (Middleton, Mass.) has been honored by the Commonwealth Coast Conference as a second team All-CCC selection. The senior was recognized as the league announced its all-conference teams and major award winners Thursday afternoon.

Arsenault led the Leopards in scoring average as he averaged 80.64 strokes per round. He carded a season-low 77 during the Emmanuel College Invitational which tied him for first among the 19-player field. He also had two other top 10 finishes on the season, finishing third at the Mitchell Invitational in Wentworth's season-opening event and tied for ninth in his final collegiate event, the Rich Korzec Memorial Invitational. Arsenault's stroke average was the seventh-lowest in a single season in program history.

In 45 career rounds, Arsenault averaged 83.91 strokes per round, which included 10 top 10 finishes. Of those 10 top 10 finishes, two were first-place finishes while another four were within the top five. He ranks ninth all-time in career strokes per round and the 71 he carded in a win over Eastern Nazarene ties him for the lowest round in program history.

CCC Champion Western New England swept the conference's major awards with John Abbott winning both golfer of the year and senior scholar-athlete of the year awards, Ryan Zogby being named the league's rookie of the year, and Bill Downes earning CCC Coach of the Year honors. Wentworth was awarded the team sportsmanship award. Voting for the All-CCC teams and each of the major awards was conducted by the conference's seven golf head coaches following the conclusion of the conference championship.
