WINTHROP, Mass. – For the second week in a row, freshman setter Augusto Rodriguez-Guerrios (Guaynabo, P.R.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference's Rookie of the week. Rodriguez-Guerrios picks up the honor for matches played from Feb.20-26.

In the Leopards' lone match of the week, Rodriguez-Guerrios had 28 assists and a career-high 12 digs as Wentworth swept Emmanuel, 3-0. His 28 assists were one shy of his career high which he set four days earlier.

Rodriguez-Guerrios has played in seven matches (22 sets) and is averaging 6.32 assists and 1.50 digs per set.

Wentworth, ranked seventh in the AVCA Division III Men's Volleyball Poll, sits at 10-3 overall and 2-0 in GNAC play and hosts No. 10 Rivier in a GNAC match tonight. The two teams last met in the 2016 GNAC championship match, won by the Leopards 3-2.
