BROOKLINE, Mass. – Junior Eric Anderson (Abington, Mass.) carded a six-over 77 as the Wentworth golf team bested Newbury, 324-240, in its only dual match of the fall season.

Anderson, who was the Leopards' medalist for the second straight event, finished first among the 13 golfers and helped Wentworth place all four of its scoring golfers finish among the leaders.

Sophomore Dante Christofori (Springfield, Mass.) shot an 81 to finish second, while classmates Brandon Goold (Foxboro, Mass.) and Robbie Wells Rogers (Colchester, Vt.) finished among a three-way tie for third with an 83.

Senior John Romanelli (Acushnet, Mass.) finished tied for seventh with an 86.

The Leopards return to action on Wednesday, October 10, when they will compete in the Franklin Pierce Invitational.
