BOSTON, Mass. – Lindsey Terjanian has been named the new Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Director of Athletics Cheryl Aaron made the announcement.

"We are so excited to have Lindsey take on this leadership role at Wentworth," said Aaron. "She knows the conference well having played at Gordon College and has had successful stints as a high school head coach since graduating. The team and department will get to experience her positive energy and determination in leading our program."

Terjanian (nee Congdon) comes to Wentworth from Lexington Christian Academy, where she has served as the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach & Middle School Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach since 2019.

As a four-year member of the Gordon women's lacrosse program, Terjanian played in 69 games for the Fighting Scots, scooping up 115 ground balls and causing 75 turnovers over the course of her career. During her senior season she was named Third Team All-Commonwealth Coast Conference after scooping up 40 ground balls and causing 29 turnovers. She earned her Bachelor's degree in 2017 in Education and Mathematics.

Terjanian was a two-year captain for Gordon and also earned Academic All-Conference honors from the CCC in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She was voted her team's rookie of the year in 2014, was a two-time team defensive most valuable player (2015, 2017), and was also a recipient of the Gordon Presidential Scholarship and the Eric Liddell Sportsmanship Award. She was active with Gordon's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee during her time as a student-athlete, including serving as president and the CCC's SAAC secretary.

In addition to her time at Lexington Christian Academy, Terjanian has worked at Bishop Fenwick High School and with Origins Lacrosse and Coastal Lacrosse.

"I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to lead the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's lacrosse team," said Terjanian. "I would like to thank Cheryl Aaron for entrusting me with this group of women and to take this program to the next level."
