BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Will Oliver (Chesterfield, Mo.) of hockey and freshman Jon Savage (Hampton, N.H.) of men's cross country have been named Leopards of the Week for the week of October 23-29.
Oliver backstopped the Leopards to a 5-2 win over Vermont State Castleton in their season opener last Friday, making 35 saves on 37 shots en route to the victory on the road.
Savage continued his strong rookie campaign last Saturday at the CCC Championship, finishing 19th with a time of 24:40.5. His top-20 mark helped the Black & Gold to a fifth-place finish as a team in the conference's season finale.
