SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Freshman forward Olivia Moore (Salem, Conn.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's soccer team has been named Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week for the week of October 3-9.

Despite a 1-2 week for the Leopards, Moore factored in six of the seven goals Wentworth scored, scoring five times and adding one assist for an 11-point week. In a 4-3 win over UMass Dartmouth, a win that snapped a nine-game losing streak, Moore scored three goals and added an assist for seven points including scoring what held up as the game-winning goal at 75:28. She followed that effort up with a pair of goals in a 5-2 loss to CCC foe Eastern Nazarene.

To date Moore has started all 14 games for the 3-11 Leopards and is the team's leading scorer with six goals and two assists for 14 points. Wentworth hosts Curry on Thursday, October 13, at 7:00 p.m.
