BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Maddy Foster (Lewiston, Maine) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's basketball team followed up her unforgettable performance last week earning recognition from the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA), as announced by the association Wednesday morning. Foster was named to the weekly honor roll on the second team.

Foster had a record-setting performance in a 75-33 triumph over Dean, sinking a career-high 36 points on 17-for-19 field goal shooting. Her .895 shooting percentage set a program record while her 17 made field goals tied the program best. She also totaled 11 boards, giving the junior her second double-double of the season.
