LaBouliere Named Preseason All-American by FrogJump Volleyball

BOSTON, Mass. – Coming off a stellar 2023 season, senior outside hitter Jacob LaBouliere (Pipersville, Pa.) of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team was named a Preseason All-American by FrogJump Volleyball ahead of the 2024 campaign.

LaBouliere enters his senior season after taking home FrogJump Volleyball Outside Hitter of the Year and Great Northeast Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors, respectively, a season ago. The outside hitter averaged 4.82 kills per set across 21 matches while leading the league with 347 kills. The 6-9 senior also smashed his previous career-high hitting percentage of .407 set in 2022, hitting .455 while breaking another career-high in digs per set with 1.65. LaBouliere notched 28 service aces and was named to the All-Conference First Team.

Heading into the 2024 season, LaBouliere sits 139 kills away from the 1,000 career kills plateau and would become the fourth student-athlete in program history to surpass it if he hits the mark.
