NCAA Interactive Bracket

BOSTON, Mass. – Wentworth Institute of Technology has been selected as one of four regional host sites for the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championship, which commences this weekend.

Eleven conferences were awarded automatic qualification for the 2024 championship.  The five remaining berths were reserved for three Pool B and two Pool C candidates. Pool B consists of independents and members whose conferences do not meet automatic qualification requirements. Pool C consists of institutions from automatic-qualifying conferences that are not the conference champion and any remaining Pool B teams.

Sitting at 30-1 after winning its third straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship, the Leopards, ranked No. 3 in the latest AVCA Division III Coaches Poll, will square off against Lancaster Bible (15-13), winners of the United East Conference. The other two teams competing at Tansey Gymnasium are Vassar (23-7), which earned a berth as a Pool C selection and Nichols (24-4), a Pool B selection. Friday's match times will be announced later today, with the winners to face each other on Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

Wentworth is making its fourth straight and sixth overall appearance in the NCAA Tournament (2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024). The Black & Gold earned berths in the national semifinals in both 2017 and 2022. All-time the Leopards are 6-5 in their previous five NCAA Tournament appearances.

This will be the fourth all-time meeting between the Leopards and the Chargers and the first since the 2018 season. Lancaster Bible holds a 2-1 series edge.

Additional information regarding this weekend's matches will follow within the next couple of days.
