Oshman, Green Earn Weekly GNAC Awards

BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team continued its dominance in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference this past week as senior Hunter Oshman (Pennington, N.J.) was named the GNAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season while freshman Brayden Green (Lake Worth, Fla.) was named GNAC Rookie of the Week for the first time. The awards are for games played from February 6-12.

Oshman averaged 4.67 kills per set and totaled 14 kills in a 3-0 sweep over Emmanuel on February 9. He also hit .550, good for the second highest mark for the Leopards.

Green notched 31 assists in the same match while striking two aces and chipping in five digs. He also added two kills of his own.

Wentworth is 5-6 this season, 4-0 in GNAC play, and the team continues its conference slate when Emerson visits the Leopards Tuesday evening.
