BOSTON, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team continued to bring home awards in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference this past week as junior Jacob LaBouliere (Pipersville, Pa.) was named the GNAC Offensive Player of the Week while freshman Brayden Green (Lake Worth, Fla.) was named the GNAC Setter of the Week and the GNAC Rookie of the Week. The awards are for games played from February 27-March 5.
LaBouliere holds onto his respective award for the second-straight week following a 19-kill performance in a 3-0 sweep over Lasell on March 2. The junior also hit .586 and sunk in for nine digs.
Green continues to dish the rock for the Leopards, totaling 40 assists in the triumph over conference rival Lasell.
Wentworth is 9-6 this season, 7-0 in GNAC play, and visit Saint Joseph's of Long Island on Thursday night.
