LaBouliere Named AVCA Division III Player of the Week

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Junior outside hitter Jacob LaBouliere (Pipersville, Pa.) was named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III Player of the Week on Tuesday, March 14. This is the junior's first nomination this season since earning the honor twice in the 2022 campaign.

LaBouliere was a stalwart for the Leopards' offense this past week, leading the team to a 3-0 non-conference stretch that included two sweeps. The junior averaged 4.20 kills per set, 1.50 digs per set, and a hitting percentage of .507 across the three matches. His season-high 21 kills came in a 3-1 win over St. Joseph's (L.I.) just before he recorded eight and 13 kills against New Jersey City and Misericordia, respectively. LaBouliere also sported an impressive .765 hitting percentage against the latter.

The Leopards are 12-6 this season, 7-0 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play, and host North Park on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
